Equipment & Services

NorSeq is funded by a generous grant from The Research Council of Norway which has made it possible for us to aquire state-of-the-art sequencing equipment. We offer sequencing services on the NovaSeq 6000, HiSeq 4000, NextSeq 500/550 and MiSeq instruments from Illumina, GridION from Oxford Nanopore and the PacBio Sequel II from Pacific Biosciences.

All NorSeq sites are well equipped to help advise researchers on which machines and sequencing protocols are optimal for your particular project. The sites will also do sample preps for a large number of protocols. Contact the sites directly for guidance.
